Founded in 1997 by Chef Marco Delacroix, Aurelia began as a modest 18-seat bistro with one singular vision: that exceptional food could transform an ordinary evening into an enduring memory.

Over 27 years, we have held three Michelin stars, earned recognition from the James Beard Foundation, and hosted heads of state, luminaries, and lovers of fine dining from every corner of the world.
